It is shown in the new E-trade commercial. You can see a Mac designed computer running Mac OS X.

This new Mac features a shifted trackpad to the left and two buttons below it.

Why should a company (I don't know what E-Trade does) that has no close ties or is not Apple have access to a Mac for their commercial (which will have been shot one or two months ago) before the proper release?

It's most probably a normal laptop (or a fake created for that commercial) showing Mac OS X, as it may be more visually appealing to the creators of that commercial.

PS: Mac is the acronym for Macintosh, the name of the operating system and part of the names Apple uses for their computers, this the laptop would be Apple designed.

Maybe it was the new tablet?

To add: Apple is rigorous when it comes to the secrecy of its unveiled products. No one will be able to handle a tablet (or any other Apple product) in any fashion that could risk exposure. Anyone working outside of Apple, except the producers of the hardware and affiliated companies (and not the whole of those companies, only the ones that are necessary) will get their first glimpse on an Apple product when the rest of the world does.

It's Apple we are writing about. Think of thinksecrect.com and its history.

That's okay. I get that a lot. I assume you haven't read the second one?

Why do you post here then? To ignore the view of others?

That's some smegging frelling frack, but what can you do about it?
