I have read some post about people having problems installing windows 7 on there retina macbook pro because there is no optical (CD) drive so I made a short video showing on how I installed mine.

Thanks for the vid. Just about to watch it but wanted to post first and say I'm STUNNED that there isn't a sticky on the DEFINITIVE way to do this via USB yet.
