iPod touch Video on iTunes Store for 1.1.3?

I thought I head Steve Jobs say on his MacWorld keynote that iTunes on touch and iPhone would be able to download videos? Or was this just for the itunes on the Computer ?

I think 1.1.3. gives the iPod the ability to play movies that have been rented from the (computer) iTunes store.
