iPhone Video option missing from camera in iOS 9.2

I now know 5 people who are all suffering with this .... The Video option is just missing from camera... Anyone else experiencing this!?

Video option is still there as before (iPhone 6 running iOS 9.2)

Mine is fine on a 6 Plus and 9.2.
