iPod Video out only through dock?

Anybody know if you can show video on the TV without a dock? Can you use an av cable through the headphone socket?

i doubt it , from what it looks like it is like them cameras with tv out on the jack - dock has it but your mac does not

You can use an av cable through the headphone jack. Go to the Apple store you will see that they are selling them for $20.
