Video Passthrough / Audio Normalise only?

is there any program i can use that will only transcode the audio of my video files? i want to normalise the audio tracks.. voices are quieter than the loudest parts of actions and score sound tracks.

i have tried using DRC in handbrake but it doesnt seem to consistently let me change the DRC.

is there a way i can do this with all my mp4s?
 
Are you watching the MP4s on your TV or computer? If the former, you're better off buying a home theater receiver and using the built-in DRC and centre-channel adjustments to make the dialogue clearer and louder.
