Hey everyone. I've been having problems playing back video in itunes every since 7.0 was released. I have the latest and greatest version of itunes and windows XP. When it plays back, i get sound, and thten a repeating set of 3-4 colors over and over again. (around 2 color changes per second.) How do i fix this?

We need more information to help figure out what is going on... what is the file you are trying to play?

The videos I have ripped are in Mpeg-4 with videodora. The videos purchased from itunes also do the same thing.

I would try to uninstall Quicktime and reinstall the latest version.

I completely redid quicktime as perscribed above, and I am still having the same problems. The videos themselves work on my 5g ipod and in VLC. I really don't know what the deal is.

This one is a noodle scratcher, definitely. I would try the Apple.com discussion boards, might have better luck there.
