video playback stutters through ip5/itunes

Hi,

with my ip4, I would playback video-podcasts direct from the iphone - through itunes on my work PC. Thus I could watch them on my work PC - even though they were just stored on the iphone.

Everything worked great - no quality issues.

Now with my new iphone 5, same process (new cable of course)... and I get constant stutters on playback. Doesn't make any sense, as surely every aspect of the device should be faster?

Anyone else seeing the same issue? Any ideas?

in case someone has the same issue, I solved it by updating Quicktime on my windows system.
