Within iTunes on my Mac I've created a range of smart playlists for my movies. On my Mac they work fine selecting movies as per rules. All playlists are sync with my ATV, but when accessed on my ATV many do not reflect the content of the list as shown on my Mac. I've tried deleting and recreating them but nothing sems to correct the problem. There appears to be no consistancy with what is missing. A new Movie dated 2010 will appear correctly in iTunes, but when this playlist is viewed, after carrying out a sync, only a few will appear, more often that not the latest ones. I've tried speaking to Apple Technical Support. They tell me that as my 90 days went two years ago, I have to pay!!!! I didn't discover the problem until recently, believing the ATV had not ben sync correctly.
Anyone out there have a similar problem or a possible solution?
