Video podcast won't delete!

I had a few video podcasts synched to my iPhone. Before I had a chance to watch them, my laptop died.

I had to switch laptops and now the 215MB of video podcasts that were saved on my dead laptop won't come off. They don't appear in my podcasts section, but do show as taking up the space on my iPhone when I sync.

Any idea how to retrieve this space back? My laptop cannot be revived.

I'm running 2.1 on the original 8GB iPhone. Thanks!

My idea would be to turn off all video syncing ... let iphone get all that content deleted ... then turn it back on ....

If that doesn't work you might be left with restore option.
