Video quality for 350Mhz G3 iMac

I use handbrake to rip DVDs that I own so that my kid can't destroy my original disk.

What kind of settings would work best for a G3 iMac? I've played around a bit, but everything I've tried is very jerky and has buffering problems.

I'm not too concerned with quality, I just want it to play.

Anyone have any suggestions?

320x240, mp4 (NOT h.264), 600kbps.

Looks awful but will play quite smoothly.
