Video quality in itunes (picture included)

Hi guys, I just downloaded some HD TV Shows. When I played then on my macbook pro I sometime had this wierd lighting showing up.

Here is a good example, The Office in HD. Look closely on her forehead. Sometime it's worst than that. Anyone having the same issues.

played around with my screen calibration and it seems better now!
