Hi,

Can someone tell me wht the quailty of my video is bad when I watch it on my 13" mac book? I have a Canon ZR950. It's fine when watching and editing on imovie but when I go to full screen the quality goes down.

Thanks

It has to do with the resolution of the video you took. It stretches the pixel size larger than it should be, so it looks worse.

What resolution are you recording in?

I don't see anything that specifically says resoulution but I have it set for

rec speed SP
tv type 16:9
widescreen off

Is that what you mean?

Thanks

Your ZR950 records video at 720x480. Your Macbook screen is 1280x800. Like MrBritton said, stretching 720x480 to fill up 1280x800 won't result in a very pretty picture.

So that means there is no point making a dvd and expect a good picture on your tv?
