i moved videos from my mac to my videos folder on my 5. How can I move them to my camera roll so I can upload them to a sight I made?

You can't move things into the Camera Roll, but you can "move" them out. The only thing that will be in the Camera Roll are pictures, screenshots, videos that you take with your phone.

is there anyway to email videos from the video folder?

Yes, just attach it to message. Select the video and choose the share function. This can put it in the Camera Roll after you receive it and then save it. However, the quality is severely downgraded from the original.
