Hi,
Recently purchased a used iPhone 8 which looked to be in almost perfect condition.
It seems that when I start a video recording after a few seconds of no sound, the phone seems to increase the audio volume as I can hear the background noise become louder and it makes a recurring ticking or beating sound. Once you start talking, it will go away in about a second until you stop talking and it returns after a few seconds. It looks like voice memo recordings isn't affected by this.
Here is an example of the audio: https://streamable.com/2s1mio
Is there any way to disable this feature or a work around?
Thanks!
