Did anyone Jailbreak and edit the file that handles the video recording? I know that it wasn't working in the previous Beta's but maybe it does now!

yes i found a unofficial official release by the dev team for the beta 5 update i didnt test it out though because it said it was a little shaky. But apparently from what the dev team says yo can jailbreak in any update

So anyone try to do it?

All you do is this:
1.SSH into your iPhone and go to System/Library/Coreservices
2. Copy M68AP.plist
3. Open that file in a .plist editor
4. Make a new child under the compatabilites dictionary called video-recorder then set it to BOOLEAN Then check it or Type "True"
5. Re insert file into phone overwrite old one.
6. Respring or reboot iphone and click camera application
7. Video RECORDING DOES NOT WORK YET But you can see the switch :)

Maybe it might be in a next update ;3

P.S. you can enable numeric battery into the iPhone by inserting into that m68ap plist file gas-gauge-battery and set it to boolean and make it True or check it. then enable it under settings!

If this helped you please thank me :)

Good luck.
