iPod touch Video recording on iPod Touch

Just wondering how much video I could expect to record using an 8GB 4G iPod Touch (Clean install, no apps or music on it) and can they be uploaded straight to YouTube from the iPod as long as I'm in a WiFi zone? And if so, how long would it take roughly for say a 10 minute video to upload to YouTube?
