I'm using this set up where I use the DJI Osmo Mobile 2 to record seminars because it can track the speakers when they move around. The Osmo Mobile is fitted with a bracket where I can mount my Rode video mic pro which I managed to use with my iPhone 7 via the TRRS/TRS and Lightning/3.5mm dongles.

Now my question is, is there another adapter out there that has a 3.5mm jack that supports audio in and lightning port that allows me to plug in my microphone and charge the phone at the same time so I don't need to worry about the iPhone 7 running out of juice?

Not exactly the same thing, but check out the Blue Mikey Digital microphone. It’s a Lightning (or older 30-pin, just BYO Lightning adapter) iOS microphone that has both a 3.5mm stereo input jack as well as a Mini-USB input for simultaneous charging.
