Video scrubber not working on some movies

I’ve noticed on the Robocop movie through iTunes the video scrubber does not work. If I try using it to go to any part of the movie the movie just restarts from the beginning. I tried some other movies and it seems to work so not sure if it’s just that movie or if certain movies are having that issue.

There is probably an issue with the index of the movie. It has nothing to do with iTunes. Don't worry about it.
