iPod Video scrubbing problem

Whenever I do scrubbing or exit to menu and then resume again, it doesn't seem to play from that exact position but instead fast forwards a few seconds.

This happens only occassionally but happens with all videos.

I've tried restoring once already but to no avail.

Does anyone get this to?

For example when I scrub to 4:10 it will display 4:10 for a split second before resuming at 4:14.

It only happens on my H.264 videos by the way... my MPEG4s have no problems.

I tried both nero recode and videora to convert with same results
