Video Settings for iPhone 4

Hello all,

I want to watch One Piece and other anime / movies on my brand new iPhone 4 but was wondering what's the best way to convert my .avi files to iTunes.

I downloaded FFMPEGX but the video settings are for the 3GS (x264 h264, 480x272, 450 kbps, -- fps, no crop). Since the iPhone 4 resolution is 960x640, would the 3GS settings cause the video to be pixelated?

I'd appreciate your help!
