I have a very extensive TV and Movie collection on my Powermac. My Macbook streams then perfectly thorugh iTunes, but when i try to watch them on a PC ( I have 2) it doesnt work. Is there a setting on windows i need to change?

Try without the firewall on on the PC's. You will probably need to open ports on the Firewall on the PC to get it to work.
Make sure you have the latest iTunes update on both the Powermac and the PC. Earlier verions (i.e. pre-Apple TV) were a little flaky with streaming video.
