Video Size/Format Option Missing?

Since updating to iPadOS 16.1 when I watch videos I no longer see the option to crop or zoom.
To be fair it is not an issue for me as I like to watch in original format, but seems unusual this option has gone after so many years.
Or as is likely am I missing something?

I think the option is gone. And it's the same on Apple TV, where one used to be able to tap the remote 'select' button to zoom in and out, at least for purchased content and in the Apple TV app. It's not something I ever used, except out of some idle inclination to do so, and because you could. Still it is a little surprising.
