Video Software Converter compatible with rmvb?

I been using iSquint, because it is the best free converter software I KNOW, but it doesn't convert the rmvb files, and I would love to watch Dexter on my HDTV via PS3. Can anyone please suggest an application compatible with rmvb?

And watching rmvb on an HD screen is a bit over the top, isn't it?
The resolution must be not that big.

Where did you get rmvbs by the way?

No no, I want to convert the RMVB, to another format, like MP4 o AVI.
