Video sorting question

On my MacAir (which I use to sync to my iphone and ipad), my videos are in separate files based on titles (so, I have a file with all "Modern Family" shows etc.) Is there a way to do this on the iPad so that when I open videos, instead of getting all of them alphabetized, I could have subfolders?
