Video starts playing when I get a facetime call

The past 4 months or so, whenever I receive a facetime call (or make one) from my computer it will trigger video playback of videos that are paused in the browser (chrome).
If I have multiple browser tabs with videos, only one video will autoplay.

This is super annoying, as I have to frantically go through my tabs and find the video that is playing to pause it.

I haven't seen any other reports on this online. Anyone who has any idea what is causing this?

I'd set it to the last option. Using latest Chrome 73.0.3683.103
