Video streaming isn't working on 6+

I searched the board and didn't see any posts about this problem. Sorry if it is a repeat.

My 65g 6+ won't stream video of any kind, Netflix, YouTube, GIFs, the only thing I can stream is pandora. Is there something I can do? Is this an OS problem? Or is there something I can do to fix it. It doesn't matter if I am on wifi or LTE.
