Video Streaming

I have a Feb, 2014 project that requires daytime exterior streaming.

I am curious about the best set-up to stream via Ustream.

I am seeking suggestions for the best resolution at a reasonable price.

I am thinking of the Logitech c930e camera and a Mini. I have an older MacBook Pro that may work. I also have a MacPro. All are talking to a Time Capsule connected to Comcast.

I don't need to capture the recordings just stream for others to view.

Can anyone please offer some insight to get me started?
