Is there a feature on quicktime that will make it possible to export a video or a selection of the video to be exported as an image sequence? The old version of quicktime (quicktime 7) had this option and would let you export it with the original resolution.

Thank you for your reply.. Unfortunately I'm On Catalina. It's a shame, that old version of quicktime used to do a lot of my lightweight editing that the new version doesn't do. I keep my old computer around to do such tasks.

download the trial version of final cut pro x (now with the COVID19 is free for 3 months) import your film in and export it with the option "export as an image sequence".
