Video to iPhone without iTunes, mac

Hi,
This might have been asked before, but I tried the search function.

I want to transfer videos from my iMac to my iPhone 4 without iTunes. How?

I tried DeTune but it doesn't list any Videos folder so I don't know where to put the videos so they're visible in the Videos app.
