I have a video that I want to have play as my video wallpaper on my JB 4S.

Notice how this video wallpaper is full screen (i.e.: top to bottom):

When I take the video below and play with the resolution of the final output file, I can't seem to get it to be any larger than the middle 1/3 of the screen. I've tried 1280*720, 640*480, 320*240...and I've cropped the sides out of the original video so it is literally just wide enough to capture her widest sponge stroke.

So, why is the final output file always about the same size (in terms of screen size and placement)? What am I missing?

Thanks,

J.

wish I could assist but i have never messed with video or active wallpaper. I want more than a couple hours of battery life.
