Hey all,
I hate to post a question like this, I'm usually able to figure this stuff out on my own, but today I'm coming up completely empty.
I just upgraded to itunes 7.02 and for some reason I can't get video to import into itunes. I was previously running version 6.02 and all of my video capabilities worked perfectly. All of my movies were ripped with Handbrake and anything else was converted with isquint. All had been successfully imported and loaded up to the ipod with 6.
Since I'm on a 400mhz G4, my first thought was that it was my machine. Apple says that 'extra video requirements' include a 1000mhz G4 or better (although, itunes 6 supposedly required 500mhz for video and I never had a problem). Still, I figured that was the problem until I saw this thread.
I have QT 7.something, so I'm all set on that front as well. All of the video that USED to be in my library is no longer there. When I connect my ipod, I can see it's video catalogue, but attempting to play it through itunes yields nothing.
At this point I'm tempted to just uninstall 7 and go back to 6, but that gapless playback keeps calling my name. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
