iPod touch Video

ok um....im trying to put the movie "i now pronounce you chuck and larry" into my ipod touch but it wont sync......the little box is checked off and its in mp4 format...what is wrong with it?

might be the wrong resolution, or bitrate etc, if its in itunes, right click it and convert for iphone, if not use isquint.
