I just bought a MBP i7 processor 2.66 ghz. I've been trying to install and run WoW on it but for some reason every time I try and run the program it goes to a black screen. I am unable to do anything once its at this point. I was thinking maybe the VC was in need of a software update or something? How do I get the newest software for my Videocard?

Without a doubt, you have the latest graphics card firmware. However, if you do bootcamp, you may be able to download the latest driver. This driver will only be applicable to Windows, not OS X.

For Mac OS X running :apple: > Software Update should suffice.
For Windows doing the same should suffice too, but there may be better drivers available from Nvidia.

Info for those don't play WoW: WoW supports OSX and Windows.

Head to Blizzard forums and search around if anyone is having the same issue. More likely it has to do with the VSync that you might have to turn off manually inside the WTF setting. "WTF" not the bad word. The folder under WoW Directory it is called "WTF".

Stop laughing.
