Videochat with iPad by using iPhone

Is there anyway u can project the screen from the iPhone onto the iPad, so you could videochat on the iPhone, and have the visuals projected to the iPad? Or even somehow attach the iPhone via Bluetooth and use it as a webcam for viceochatting?

There is a hacked version of airserver you can run on the iPad and then using a video app that supports AirPlay you can have the video sent to the iPad. I tried this with ClearSea and it worked but the quality and latency were pretty bad versus just using ClearSea on the iPhone or on the iPad natively.

As far as I have found, all of these rely on WiFi too; I'm not aware of a BT streaming option from one iOS device to another.
