iOS Videoconferencing API for established services

I'm thinking of developing a new app. In this one, I want to incorporate some form of videoconferencing, and I'd like to use a big service like Skype or Google+ Hangouts, one where the end user likely already has an account.

I want the app to be a videoconferencing client with a customizable videoconferencing user interface.
