I keep intermittently get a warning that "VidoeGuardMonitor.bundle" is NOT optimized for my Mac and needs to be upgraded. If I click on "OK", the warning disappears. The other choise is "learn more".

Seems like spam to me so I just ignore it. Should I do anything about this message. I'm running macOS Mojave with the latest version 10.14.6.

Have no idea as to what Sky Go is. I don't see anything like that name on my MBA. Guess I'll just continure ignoring the message.

Try this... click the Desktop to bring focus there, then hit shift-command-g (all three at once). Paste the line below into the box that ops up and return. Do you see any folders there for VideoGuard?

Code:
~/Library/Cisco/

Run MalwareBytes... ;)
I did and I don't see anything like that name in my Quarantine file. Apparently Malwarebytes has be revised. When I checkd Quarantine on MalWare..., I now see a folder called MBAM with a subfolder called Quarantine. Opening the Quarantine folder, I see nothing. The only reason I started this thread was to see if anyone heard of "VidoeGuardMonitor.bundle".

All I see is ~/Library/Caches If I click on the GO button, it says "folder can't be found".

TMI, I think I'll just ignore this popup from now on.
