iPod Videora iPOD converter error

Today i was tryin to convert one of my music videos to the format and iPOD needs. The format of the music video is mpeg. It is a video i downloaded offof limewire. I have no problem playing it in any program before the conversion, but after videora converts it to MPEG4 format and i try to play it using quicktime, it gives me error message -8971. Am I doing everthing right for the conversion?

forget the question everyone. For the hell of it I decided to remove videora then reinstall it and everything worked again. What it turned out being is for some reason my output video to and device drive didnt save under the setup menu.
