Just a quick question that I can't seem to find the answer to online. I bought a 64gb iPod Touch 4g a week or two ago from a buddy who only owned it for a little while before he got his iPhone4 on Verizon. It seems to work perfectly except for one issue.
Probably between 50% and 75% of the time when I open the Videos app, it hangs up, shows the top status bar and a blank screen, freezes for a second then quits back to the main screen where all the apps are. I then try it again, again, again, before it finally works. When it does open correctly, it's fine, works great. But it's super annoying to have to open the Videos app 3-4x before it actually opens. I have an iPad1 and had an iPhone4 so understand that it should just automatically open and show the available videos.
I updated to 4.3 yesterday in hopes that it would solve the video app freezing issue, but no luck. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? The iPod is really full, but still has 4-5gb worth of space on it, so I can't imagine that insufficient space would have anything to do with it. I would greatly appreciate any help that you guys can offer as it is super annoying to buy a piece of electronics that works flawlessly except for one little thing, the little thing being a major part of the reason that I bought the iPod.
Thanks in advance
