Videos App+Home Sharing = m4v's no sound

So i use the official Videos App in order to see my itunes library on my iPad.

For example the video below plays with sound on iPad.

The video below plays without sound on my iPad but plays with sound on my iTunes Mac...pffff

All of my downloads are mkv x264.... I only use mp4 tools to these files and subler to add subtitles.... and then i just place them on my itunes.

Any solution?
