Videos app reappeared after restoring my phone

The videos app reappeared on my iPhone 5s after I did a restore via iTunes. I'm on iOS 10.2.1. I guess I should just delete it?
 
All stock apps will reinstall themselves if restored (not sure if that counts backups that had already removed them). But yes, if you got rid of the app before then just remove it again.
