Videos are freezing on iPad Air, However browsing speed and speedtest is fine.

I bought the iPad Air 16Gb Wifi from Apple Store in Usa. The problem is that every video streaming(youtube or in safari...) is freezing. However i can browse the web without any problem. And i made a speed test. I hava 20mbit internet connection speed and when i made a test on iPad air there is no problem for both download and upload. I dont have any problem with my internet connection. For example i can watch youtube videos 1080p without freezing on my computer but on iPad youtube ads cant even play without freezing.
