videos copy over everytime I sync

Everytime I sync my iphone to my pc, the videos copy over, even though they were already copied over. My phone is now full of the same videos, as it puts them into folders according to the date they were copied over.

How do I stop this and how do I delete all these video files?

They are the videos I take with my iphone. They are usually about a minute long, but now they are taking up all the space on my phone because my phone puts them all in files.
