ever since ive upgraded my retina MBP to Mavericks i noticed that iTunes Videos in Full Screen flicker at the bottom and top while the controls are on the screen. it goes back to normal once the itunes controls fade away.

sometimes i notice what seems to be one of those push "bubbles" e. g. iMessage to be stuck on top when it flickers.

oh it also flickers when i pause the video and get a push notification while in full screen mode.

anyone else?

Hey!
yep same here

Here is the image (Movies is Avengers, bought on iTunes, 1080p)
As you can see, there's grey borders and some flickering.

Oops, seems the image is flipped.

Have you tried repairing permissions? It may sound simple but sometimes it helps with situations like flickering videos or flickering while scrolling etc.

Iron Man 3, 1080p bought in iTunes

Curiously, this problem appears more often when the PLAY PAUSE NEXT STOP REWIND menu comes up....
AND
I can't reproduce this when I use the Nvidia chip... (problem seems to only appear when I use intel 4000)
