Videos flickering in Chrome

Any video I go full screen with, whether it be a video on Facebook, Youtube, or a video on MR front page, I get a flickering at the bottom when in full screen. I opened the same pages in Firefox and Safari, and i didnt get the problem. I uploaded an example on photobucket. You can see the flickering on the top and bottom. And like I said, its only with Chrome .
