videos issue in new Photos!

When I download off my iPhone, my pics and videos, they go into the 'photos' section, no problem. The problem I am having with regard to the videos is, HOW DO I GET THE VIDEOS TO THEN TRANSFER UNDER THE 'VIDEOS' SECTION of Photos (under albums)??

I did it once by a fluke, but cannot get it to happen again!!!

How are you "downloading" off your iPhone?
1) Connecting iPhone to the computer
2) iCloud Photo Library
3) iCloud My Photo Stream
