Videos Not Playing

I'm having a consitant problem playing embedded videos from websitesm on my iPad Air 2. The sound will play, but the video itself won't. Weird. It's not a Flash player deal, because it works fine on my iPhone 6...and worked fine on my iPad Mini Retina before I sold it to buy the Air 2.

What's the problem? How can I fix it?

I'm not sure how to fix the problem, but I would do Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. And then try Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings, and Reset Network Settings. You could also back up to iTunes, and then restore from that backup.
