iPod touch videos not working..no its not the screen.. its..

the video files. i bought a touch today at my local apple store and i was going to upload some movies such as LOTR, pirates of the carib, and the bourne supremacy (which is wrongly written as the bourne ultimatum)

the LOTR video works, but the pirates and the bourne DOES NOT work for reasons unknown :-( . the thing is, they're both mpeg-4 and h.264 and neither works. i have mr and mrs smith and its mpeg-4 but it works fine. i tried using pirates as H.264 but that doesnt work either. HELP!! take a look at the attachments.

Some of mine did that too. I just use convert and they sync fine now. I think something changed in the new iTunes.

i dont know what your problem is but why is lotr 2.3 gb??? its more than double pirates and there about the same length!!

Look at that bit rate 1600+ on lotr3 and 3:20:57 long?

I wonder if the video dimensions have something to do with it.

Strange, same thing happened with me. I spent the past week changing all my videos (about 9 days worth) to a format usable on the iPod Touch (according the program and some people I asked here, I was doing the right thing). For some reason, I couldn't add any... I have to sync them again using iTunes (something I wanted to avoid) just to play them.
