Anyone have an odd behavior if watching a video clip from a website that plays as it loads where it at random points it suddenly jump back a few seconds and replays what you just watched. Its as if its reloading to adapt quality but rather than actually change quality it replays the buffered data and if there's no more new data it does it again. It made watching web clips intolerable. It causes the same thing to be played over and over and over. Like it gets stuck bouncing between quality levels even though the connection seem solid. I've had it happen on cellular and wifi.

Managed to get an example of it during an ad roll using the screen recorder:

Imagine this happening tens of times in a normal length clip often never getting past the same point where it repeats. Super annoying and new to all iOS 11 betas so far.
