Videos to iPad: Handbrake settings?

Want to load up my iPad with some videos.
I'll be using HB to convert formats.

My question is, in HB for settings, is there a difference between universal and iPad in the presets? I've been using the universal setting to burn dvds no problem. Now I want to videos on my iPad.

Will the universal setting work or should I change to iPad?

The universal preset will work without any problems but the iPad preset is more tuned for the iPad's screen size and capabilities so you'll likely end out with better looking videos using the iPad preset in most cases.
